Drone Services That Actually Help Your Bottom Line
Four core services. One goal: giving you the aerial documentation that moves the needle — whether that has a faster sale, a happier client, or fewer surprises.
Real Estate Aerial Photography
Aerial photography is no longer a luxury — it is expected. Properties with drone footage sell faster, and listings with video get more views.
What you get:
- Exterior aerial photos — all four angles plus roof overview
- Neighborhood context shots — shows proximity to amenities, parks, water
- Video walkthroughs — smooth, cinematic passes that buyers can not scroll past
- Twilight shots — optional elevated evening photography
Best For: Residential listings, commercial properties, vacant land, HOA marketing
| Basic | $225 | 12 exterior aerial photos |
| Standard | $375 | 20 photos + 1 video pass |
| Premium | $650 | Full bundle — photos + video + twilight |
Construction Progress Monitoring
Your clients want to see progress. Your investors want documentation. Your inspectors want records. And you want all of that done without adding more to your plate.
What you get:
- Monthly aerial photo sets — consistent angles, timestamped
- Progress video passes — smooth, professional quality
- Orthomosaic maps — for site overview and measurement (available on request)
- 3D models — optional photogrammetry for select projects
- Private gallery link — share with clients and stakeholders without public exposure
Best For: Custom home builders, commercial developers, construction managers, HOA capital projects
| Monthly Monitoring | $600/mo | Photo set + video, delivered monthly |
| Quarterly Inspection | $350/visit | Comprehensive aerial doc, 4x/year |
| One-Time Project | $250/project | Single shoot, full deliverable |
Aerial Tree Risk Assessment
This is where Focus 56 is different. We do not just fly a drone — we read a tree. With 30 years of arborist experience, Dan brings professional tree risk assessment to every flight.
What is covered:
- Canopy assessment — crown dieback, disease, pest damage
- Structural analysis — leaning, weak attachments, root exposure
- Risk classification — failure probability and consequence rating
- Photo documentation — high-resolution evidence for insurance or HOA records
- Written report — actionable findings you can share with property managers or insurers
Best conducted November–March when branches are bare and visibility is highest.
Best For: Property managers, HOA boards, homeowners with storm damage, insurance adjusters, tree care companies
| Residential Assessment | $350 | Visual inspection, 10-15 trees, written report |
| Full Property Assessment | $600 | Comprehensive, 30+ trees, full documentation |
| Insurance/Commercial | Custom | Scope-based pricing — contact for quote |
Drone Roof Inspection
Roof inspections should not require a $5,000 drone setup or a ladder you do not own. We use high-resolution RGB and optional thermal imaging to capture roof condition in detail.
What is covered:
- General condition — missing shingles, flashing, debris, ponding
- Damage identification — storm damage, hail impact, wind uplift
- Thermal imaging — optional add-on for moisture detection and insulation gaps
- Photo documentation — before/after, flagged problem areas
- Summary report — actionable findings for repair or insurance claims
Best For: Roofing contractors, insurance adjusters, property managers, homeowners due for an inspection
| Standard Inspection | $250 | Full visual inspection, 30+ photos, written summary |
| Thermal Add-On | +$100 | Thermal imaging for moisture detection |
| Insurance Documentation | $300 | Condition report formatted for claims |
