Drone Services That Actually Help Your Bottom Line

Four core services. One goal: giving you the aerial documentation that moves the needle — whether that has a faster sale, a happier client, or fewer surprises.

Real Estate Aerial Photography

Aerial photography is no longer a luxury — it is expected. Properties with drone footage sell faster, and listings with video get more views.

What you get:

  • Neighborhood context shots — shows proximity to amenities, parks, water
  • Video walkthroughs — smooth, cinematic passes that buyers can not scroll past
  • Twilight shots — optional elevated evening photography

Best For: Residential listings, commercial properties, vacant land, HOA marketing

Standard$37520 photos + 1 video pass
Premium$650Full bundle — photos + video + twilight

  • Progress video passes — smooth, professional quality
  • Orthomosaic maps — for site overview and measurement (available on request)
  • 3D models — optional photogrammetry for select projects
  • Private gallery link — share with clients and stakeholders without public exposure

  • Structural analysis — leaning, weak attachments, root exposure
  • Risk classification — failure probability and consequence rating
  • Photo documentation — high-resolution evidence for insurance or HOA records
  • Written report — actionable findings you can share with property managers or insurers

Best conducted November–March when branches are bare and visibility is highest.

  • Photo documentation — before/after, flagged problem areas
  • Summary report — actionable findings for repair or insurance claims
